Job summary

Sice Inc. in Texas is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety activities across the state.

This field-focused leadership role requires managing safety professionals and partnering with Operations, Project Management, Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and field employees on multiple active projects. The ideal candidate will drive incident investigations, reinforce safety processes, and travel regularly throughout Texas while maintaining strong safety

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction safety / EHS experience.
• Experience supporting multiple projects, locations, or field teams.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards.
• Experience leading Safety professionals and partnering with Operations.
• Strong incident investigation and corrective-action capability.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety professionals and maintain a strong, consistent field presence across Texas projects.
• Partner with Operations and Project Management during pre-planning, mobilization, kickoff, and execution.
• Personally visit active job sites to verify work processes and field execution, conduct inspections, coach employees and supervisors, and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Reinforce JHAs, DRAs, toolbox talks, permits, and required safety documentation.
• Oversee high-risk work including excavation, utilities, electrical, heavy equipment, traffic control, lifting, and fall protection.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations and support employee/subcontractor training, engagement, and compliance.
