Painters USA, Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety Specialist to advance safety culture across the Texas region. This exempt, full-time role emphasizes field-based work (approx.

70%) with office duties (approx. 30%), guiding operations teams to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance. The candidate will lead training programs (OSHA 10/30, MEWP), oversee inspections, and manage incident investigations while aligning with company policies and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of safety experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
• Ability to deliver training effectively to employees at all levels.
• Strong understanding of construction safety processes and protocols.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methods.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reports, permits, and training records.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and field audits across Texas region.
• Deliver safety training including OSHA 10/30, MEWP, respirator fit testing, and First Aid/CPR/AED; coach crews.
• Lead incident investigations, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Review Job Safety Analyses, permits, and daily reports; ensure compliance.
• Partner with field operations to implement safety programs and cultivate culture.
