Job summary

YQN is a fast-growing, technology-driven international logistics platform seeking a bilingual Recruiting Manager to lead strategy and execution for U.S. operations across warehouse, logistics, and corporate functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle hiring, build pipelines, track metrics, mentor recruiters, and ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Recruiting leadership or team management experience preferred.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting; warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operations recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles across U.S. operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring processes.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Support and guide recruiters or recruiting coordinators as the team grows.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable U.S. employment laws and company policies.
