Job summary

YQN is seeking multiple bilingual recruiters to join our team. This role can be based in our office in CA, IL, GA, TX or NJ. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we hire qualified, motivated individuals who align with our culture and objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
Bilingual in Chinese preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and candidate statuses.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
