Job summary

YQN LINK is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for U.S. operations, including warehouse, logistics, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, build pipelines, and drive efficient hiring processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruiting, experience with high-volume roles in logistics or manufacturing, and bilingual Mandarin-English skills. This role offers on-site work in Fontana, CA and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting; warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operations recruiting preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles across U.S. operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring processes.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Support and guide recruiters or recruiting coordinators as the team grows.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable U.S. employment laws and company policies.
