YQN Logistics is seeking multiple bilingual recruiters to join our team. The role involves managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we hire qualified and motivated individuals who align with our company culture and objectives.

This position can be based in our offices across GA, CA, IL, TX or NJ, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and candidate statuses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
