Environment Control Southwest Ohio in Columbus, OH is hiring a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (English/Spanish) to connect great candidates with opportunities. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with pay at $18/hour and weekly Fridays payout.

You’ll recruit in the community and online, interview candidates, extend offers, and help new hires onboard. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, plus excellent communication and organization.

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone
• Organized and reliable
• Enjoys working with people
• Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Recruiting in the community and online (English & Spanish)
• Calling, texting, and emailing applicants
• Interviewing candidates and making job offers
• Helping new hires get started through onboarding and orientation
• Reconnecting with past applicants and former employees
• Tracking recruiting activity and progress
