Job summary

ServiceMaster Elite Janitorial in Columbus, OH is seeking a motivated, bilingual Recruiter to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for active accounts. This front-line role owns the candidate relationship from first contact through hire, working closely with hiring managers to keep open positions filled.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable building relationships quickly, and energized by a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software, including an applicant tracking system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently with candidates.
• Reliable, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of bilingual candidates for current and future openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Post and manage job openings across job boards, company website, and social media.
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, extend offers, and guide candidates through acceptance.
