Job summary

Environment Control in Columbus is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (English/Spanish) to recruit in the community and online, communicate with applicants, and support new hires through onboarding. This full-time role in the Hilliard area emphasizes clear communication in both English and Spanish and a friendly, phone‑savvy approach.

You will interview candidates, extend offers, reconnect with past applicants, and track recruiting activity.

Columbus, OH (Hilliard Area)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)

$18/hour | Paid weekly (Fridays!)
