This full-time role in the Hilliard area emphasizes clear communication in both English and Spanish and a friendly, phone‑savvy approach.

You will interview candidates, extend offers, reconnect with past applicants, and track recruiting activity.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone.
• Organized and reliable.
• Enjoys working with people.
• Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
