Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Columbus, Nebraska. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment process, communicating with English- and Spanish-speaking candidates and coordinating new hire onboarding. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has strong communication and interpersonal skills and can effectively manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, reviewing r sum s, conducting interviews and coordinating hiring decisions.
• Bilingual Communication: Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with applicants, employees, hiring managers and supervisors to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, work experience, skills, availability and suitability for open positions.
• New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate new hire paperwork, employment documentation, orientation and onboarding activities.
• Recruitment Follow-Up: Contact candidates regarding interview schedules, job offers, hiring decisions and pre-employment requirements.
• Candidate Coordination: Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process and provide updates as needed.
• Hiring Support: Work closely with hiring managers and supervisors to understand staffing needs and help fill open positions in a timely manner.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $24.00 per hour
