People Source Staffing - OKC is hiring a bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role supports applicants, employees, recruiters, and clients in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, with staffing or recruiting experience and strong administrative and communication skills. Avionté BOLD experience is preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient with data entry and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist applicants and employees visiting the office
• Answer incoming calls and direct candidates, employees, and clients
• Assist applicants throughout the application and onboarding process
• Support recruiters with candidate onboarding, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Review applications and identify qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information in the staffing system
• Communicate with applicants and employees regarding assignments and onboarding requirements
• Assist with employment paperwork and ensure documentation is complete
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and branch management
• Maintain organized electronic and physical employee records
• Follow-up with candidates, employees, and clients as needed

People Source OKC is Hiring - Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator Location: Oklahoma City, OK Pay: $22.00+/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

People Source Staffing - OKC is looking for an experienced Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. We are specifically seeking someone with previous staffing industry experience, preferably with knowledge of construction, skilled trades, and industrial staffing. This position plays an important role in the daily operations of our branch and serves as a primary point of contact for applicants, employees, recruiters, and clients. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, organized, professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment, and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist applicants and employees visiting the People Source OKC office
• Answer incoming calls and direct candidates, employees, and clients appropriately
• Assist applicants throughout the application and onboarding process
• Support recruiters with candidate onboarding, documentation, and administrative responsibilities
• Assist with reviewing applications and identifying qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information within the staffing system
• Communicate with applicants and employees regarding assignments, onboarding requirements, schedules, and other employment information
• Assist with employment paperwork and ensure required documentation is completed accurately
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and branch management
• Maintain organized electronic and physical employee records
• Assist with follow-up communication with candidates, employees, and clients

Requirements

• Previous staffing or recruiting industry experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of construction, skilled trades, and/or industrial staffing preferred
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience using Avionté BOLD strongly preferred
• Strong administrative and customer service skills
• Comfortable working directly with applicants, employees, recruiters, and clients
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Additional Information

Starting pay of $22.00+/hour depending on experience

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
