Accentuate Staffing is seeking a bilingual Spanish and English coordinator to provide temporary, onsite support for high-volume labor hiring. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized administrative, customer service, staffing, or construction professional who enjoys working with people and keeping a fast-moving process on track. Direct recruiting experience is welcome but not required. Candidates with strong communication, scheduling, data-entry, follow-up, and problem-solving skills will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a friendly, responsive point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Communicate with candidates by phone, text, email, and in person regarding job opportunities, interviews, required documents, start dates, and next steps.
- Coordinate interviews, hiring appointments, drug screens, onboarding activities, and weekly new-hire orientations.
- Review applications and conduct initial phone screens using clear, job-related questions and established hiring criteria.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community contacts, career fairs, recruiting events, and other appropriate channels.
- Maintain candidate records and update applicant status, notes, and hiring activity in the applicant tracking system or other internal tracking tools.
- Prepare and post job advertisements using approved templates and accurate position information.
- Collect onboarding information, monitor completion of hiring requirements, and follow up promptly on missing items.
- Help align candidate availability with project and workforce needs while communicating schedule changes quickly and professionally.
- Support the employee referral program by tracking referrals, completing follow-up, and coordinating bonus information.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Partner with Human Resources, recruiting, operations, and field leaders to keep hiring activities moving efficiently.
- Assist with recruiting events and other administrative or hiring-related projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills are required, including the ability to speak confidently with candidates in both languages.
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, scheduling, staffing, recruiting, onboarding, dispatch, construction, or a related coordination role.
- Direct recruiting experience is not required; training can be provided to candidates with strong transferable skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates, appointments, deadlines, and follow-up items at the same time.
- Professional and approachable communication style with the judgment to handle sensitive or challenging conversations appropriately.
- Comfort using computers, email, Microsoft Office, online systems, and databases; applicant tracking system experience is helpful but not required.
- Accurate data-entry and recordkeeping skills with careful attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, ask questions when needed, and collaborate with a fast-paced team.
- Availability to work onsite in Fuquay-Varina and to begin as soon as possible.
- Ability to work occasional overtime during peak hiring periods, if needed.
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, warehouse, field-service, skilled-trades, or other hourly workforces.
- Familiarity with craft-labor job titles, jobsite environments, high-volume hiring, or community-based candidate outreach.
