Prouctiv is seeking a self-motivated Bilingual HR/Recruiter to attract, recruit and retain quality multilingual candidates in Charlotte, NC. The role encompasses candidate outreach, bilingual communication, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating onboarding, and processing payroll with a goal of seamless staffing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Proven recruiting experience, minimum 1 year.
• Experience in HR tasks and onboarding processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Prouctiv is hiring for a self-motivated Bilingual HR/Recruiter (English/Spanish) to attract, recruit and retain quality multilingual candidates.

Bilingual Recruiter responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure a good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.

Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process and support hiring managers

Responsibilities include

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team to determine staffing needs
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
• Screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration
• Respond to inquiries from applicants via e-mail, or telephone
• Employment verifications
• Perform background and drug tests for candidates
• New Hire Orientations/Onboarding
• Through a "Make it happen" mindset, ensuring staffing needs are met daily
• Daily attendance tracking
• Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors
• Be the point of contact for all your employees to handle any issues that may arise
