Job summary

People Logistic Solutions is seeking a Project Recruiter for a ten-month assignment in California. This on-site role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, bilingual Spanish/English communication, and building strong relationships with local organizations to source candidates.

You will manage the recruiting pipeline, support candidates through the hiring process, collaborate with onsite management, and promote the company as an employer of choice in the community.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• 1+ year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and computer.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Comfortable working in a client production environment.
