The role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and managing multiple job orders in a fast-paced staffing environment, while maintaining strong communication with candidates and clients.

You will build a robust candidate pool, coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding and payroll-related documentation, and ensure accurate records in internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for hospitality and event positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for ongoing staffing needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
• Communicate staffing needs, job assignments, and candidate status with clients.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and hiring paperwork.
• Support payroll processes by ensuring hours and documentation are submitted.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, employees, and clients in internal systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple job orders.
