Direct recruiting experience is welcomed but not required; training can be provided for strong transferable skills. Onsite work in Fuquay-Varina is expected.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication required for candidates in hiring and onboarding.
• Administrative support, customer service, scheduling, or coordination experience.
• Strong org skills with ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking candidates through hiring and onboarding.
• Communicate with candidates by phone, text, email, and in person about opportunities and documents.
• Coordinate interviews, drug screens, onboarding activities, and weekly orientations.
• Review applications and conduct initial phone screens using established criteria.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Maintain candidate records and update status in tracking systems.
