Responsibilities

• Source resumes to build candidate pools.
• Recruit and interview qualified candidates.
• Match candidates with opportunities and submit to clients.
• Supervise contract employee activities.
• Build candidate and client relationships through interaction and follow-up.
• Write job descriptions and post ads.
• Negotiate and present offers.
• Assist with payroll, unemployment and worker's comp as needed.
• Provide administrative and branch support.
