Job summary

AtWork Group in Charlotte seeks a strategic bilingual Recruiter to source and place candidates across industries. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and timelines.

Responsibilities include interviews, onboarding, payroll processing for temporary staff, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS. The role is 100% on-site, demanding a fast-paced, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Recruiter with temporary staffing experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience recruiting across industries is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with ATS and MS Office.

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs, timelines and culture.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the placement process with a focus on experience.
• Handle onboarding for new hires and ensure all documents are compliant.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and employees.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure client satisfaction.
• Process weekly payroll for temporary employees.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS.

• Handle onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring all documents are completed and compliant with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with both clients and employees.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure client satisfaction.
• Process weekly payroll for temporary employees.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records within our ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiter, within a temporary staffing agency is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different industries is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate data entry and record keeping.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and conflict resolution abilities.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, adaptability and a positive attitude particularly when handling high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a team.
