Addison Group is seeking a bilingual Recruiting Specialist in Raleigh, NC to handle full lifecycle recruiting for 30–40 roles annually in a fast-paced, onsite setting. The role includes sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and driving employee engagement across North Carolina.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of recruiting experience, are fluent in Spanish and English, and comfortable recruiting hourly labor and driver positions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience recruiting hourly employees, including laborers and drivers, preferred.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30–40 employees annually across multiple roles.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to support growth.
• Source candidates through job boards, local advertising, schools and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, E-Verify, and required docs.
• Facilitate orientation and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
