Job summary

PROMAN Staffing USA is seeking a Recruiter for our Memphis area branch. You will assist walk‑in applicants, complete applications, and conduct orientations before placement by recruiting staff.

You’ll handle daily client communications, scheduling, and payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and customer service. You will screen candidates, coordinate employment steps, and maintain precise records in Avionte.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AA degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer service; familiarity with industrial/logistics environment is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in applicants with applications and documents.
• Manage daily customer communications including requests, call-offs, arrivals, and dispatch tasks.
• Process weekly payroll input and ensure accuracy of records (I-9, W-4, etc.).
• Screen candidates, coordinate pre-employment steps, and conduct orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate assignment information in Avionte and update client orders accordingly.
• Travel to client sites as needed to understand operations and shift expectations.
