Job summary

PROMAN Staffing seeks an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead a team of recruiters and on-site supervisors, directing daily activities and coaching performance. The role supports branch operations, ensures compliance, manages client requests, and maintains accurate staffing data across the Avionte system.

The candidate will drive fill rates, streamline onboarding, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure efficient, compliant service at client sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• AA/BA in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent.
• 4–5 years’ experience in a recruiting role preferably in staffing.
• Experience working with time keeping systems and various business reports.
• Experience managing a team of Recruiters and On-Site Supervisors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Recruiters and On-Site Supervisors, including training and development.
• Maintain shift scheduling and approve hours.
• Assist in orientation of new employees.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of applicant documentation.
• Ensure effective screening and highest fill rates for candidates.
• Respond promptly to client job requests.
• Ensure compliance testing and verification of certifications.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and testing.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires.
• Communicate job requirements to temporary employees clearly.
• Maintain accuracy of job information in Avionte system.
• Update and verify employee data in the system.
• Maintain strong client relationships and service quality.
• Process new applicants efficiently in the branch.
• Resolve client problems quickly and escalate when needed.
• Assist with recruiting plans and partner with local sources.
• Oversee payroll processing and provide timely data to payroll.
• Monitor branch expenses and stay within budget.
• Support Sales for new business opportunities.
