KleenMark is hiring a Recruiter in Wisconsin to research, develop, and implement staffing strategies for a diverse talent pool. You will lead posting, screening, interviewing, and offers, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Account Managers, salary guidance, and participation in job fairs, with benefits in a family-owned, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
• Experience with recruiting in diverse environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works through all phases of the recruitment process with the employee.
• Collaborates with Account Managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate skills, experience and hiring criteria.
• In charge of job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers.
• Collaborates with the Account Manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
