Job summary

ABM US is seeking a Recruiter for the Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in Milwaukee to support high-volume hiring for janitorial roles. A hybrid work arrangement is offered, with in-office presence four days per week at 411 East Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI 53202.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to better serve diverse candidates. The Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment, source via multiple channels, and manage candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding while collaborating with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition or Staffing capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proactive candidate sourcing and relationship-building.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent for janitorial roles across the Milwaukee market.
• Develop recruiting plans and employ non-traditional strategies.
• Manage full recruiting life cycle: presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and pre-employment steps.
• Publish recruiting materials and advertise on internal and external systems.
• Maintain filing systems and candidate records.
• Track lead generation sources and recruitment metrics.
• Support hiring managers with recruitment activities.

Education

High school diploma / GED

Bachelor’s degree preferred
