Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the recruitment process from posting to hire.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to define hiring criteria.
• Post jobs and manage advertisement processes and screening.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and prepare questions and materials.
• Assist with interviews and participate with managers.
• Support offers, salary ranges, and start-date details.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting sessions.
