Accurate Personnel in Kenosha, Wisconsin is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local operations, drive client partnerships, recruit and train staffing professionals, and ensure daily branch success.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in industrial staffing, proven branch leadership, P&L and sales management experience, and is bilingual in English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the staffing industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to facilitate communication with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of partnerships with companies and community organizations through daily communication and in-person visits.
• Build high-performing teams by recruiting, hiring, and training staffing professionals.
• Establish and monitor branch team goals and objectives through regular 1:1s.
• Administer individual activity and result expectations within the first 30 days of employment.
• Foster an environment with open dialogue regarding performance and company matters.
• Develop motivational activities to enhance morale and retention.
• Drive recruitment and business development to meet annual targets and budgets.
• Maintain branch operations and appearance per company standards and ensure compliance.
• Understand financial and business reporting to manage market operations.
• Conduct formal performance reviews and outline career development steps.
