Qualifications

• Recruit, interview and match skilled individuals with clients’ projects, temporary assignments and temp-to-full-time opportunities.
• Provide on-going communication and career guidance to candidates.
• Maintain contact with client companies and temporary professionals to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure timecards are received and sent to payroll for active workers.

Responsibilities

• Pursue client staffing needs and match candidates to openings.
• Coordinate communications between candidates, clients and payroll.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment networking events when needed.
• Conduct orientations, drug tests, and safety training if requested.
• Maintain positive team collaboration and support across branches.
