The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, building a strong talent pipeline, and coordinating with hiring managers for drivers, operators, general laborers, sales, customer service, IT, and more. Fluency in Spanish/English is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• 1–3 years in a recruitment role preferred.
• Experience recruiting CDL holders, equipment operators, general laborers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Assist the recruitment team in building a strong pipeline of candidates in all divisions.
• Meet with hiring managers on recruitment efforts for drivers, equipment operators, general laborers, sales, customer service, IT, etc.
• Follow up with candidates and managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Use job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other sourcing strategies to find candidates.
• Assist in translating for Spanish only or ESL candidates/customers.
