Responsibilities

• Verify employment eligibility and assist with Form I-9 and E-Verify processes.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks.
• Complete new-hire onboarding and maintain accurate employee records.
• Communicate job opportunities, pay rates, schedules, and client requirements to candidates.
• Work closely with clients and the recruiting team to understand staffing needs and fill open positions quickly.

Job Summary

Trinity Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Staffing HR Recruiter to join our team in Irving, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or high-volume hiring and be fluent in English and Spanish.

The Staffing HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, screening, onboarding, and supporting employees while maintaining strong communication with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and source qualified candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, general labor, administrative, and other positions.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, availability, and work history.
• Verify employment eligibility and assist with Form I-9 and E-Verify processes.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, skills assessments, and reference checks.
• Complete new-hire onboarding and maintain accurate employee records.
• Communicate job opportunities, pay rates, schedules, and client requirements to candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain regular communication with placed employees and address basic employment-related questions.
• Work closely with clients and the recruiting team to understand staffing needs and fill open positions quickly.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information in the company's recruiting/HR systems.
• Assist with attendance, employee relations, and other staffing-related HR activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, community outreach, and other candidate-sourcing activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of onboarding, background checks, drug screening, Form I-9, and E-Verify.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with recruiting or HR platforms such as ADP, Workday, Indeed, or similar systems is a plus.
• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, employees, and clients.
• Must be dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Full-time position based in Irving, Texas.

Compensation

Competitive salary/hourly rate based on experience.
