Job summary

On Target Staffing is seeking a highly organized Bilingual Staffing Coordinator for a 100% on-site, part-time role in Tempe. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, with duties spanning employee placement, scheduling, onboarding support, and serving as the main contact for clients and field staff.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating ATS/HRIS systems within a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and at least one additional language, verbal and written.
• Experience using ATS or HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer service orientation with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing needs, including employee placement and shift coverage.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for field employees regarding assignments and schedules.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in ATS and internal databases.
• Communicate staffing needs and feedback with clients regularly.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and assignment compliance.
• Assist with candidate screening and onboarding support as needed.
• Ensure staffing activities comply with policies and labor laws.
• Resolve employee and client issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and management.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

** Position Overview**

On Target Staffing LLC is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to support day-to-day staffing operations. This role is essential in coordinating employee placements, managing schedules, supporting onboarding, and serving as a key point of contact for both clients and field employees. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment.

** Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate daily staffing needs, including employee placement, scheduling, and shift coverage
• Serve as a primary point of contact for field employees regarding assignments, schedules, and workplace questions
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation, orientation, and system entry
• Maintain accurate employee records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases
• Communicate regularly with clients to confirm staffing needs, attendance, and performance feedback
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and assignment compliance
• Assist with candidate screening and onboarding support as needed (not full-cycle recruiting)
• Ensure all staffing activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and client requirements
• Resolve employee and client issues promptly and professionally
• Provide administrative and operational support to recruiters and management
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

** Qualifications & Skills**

• Previous experience in staffing, workforce coordination, HR support, or administrative roles preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language (verbal and written)
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• High level of customer service and interpersonal skills
