Job summary

Trilogy, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recovery Counselor (ACT Willow) in Chicago, IL to assess clients’ medical, mental health, and social needs and to plan individualized treatment.

The role requires delivering services in English and Spanish, across home, community, and office settings, with a focus on recovery, advocacy, and trauma-informed care. The position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule, and an in-office location at 1607 W Howard St, Chicago.

Qualifications

• Must have one of several qualifying credentials or degrees listed above.
• Ability to work bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with community-based services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess client’s personal, medical, emotional, social, and environmental situation in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate recovery plan with client and support system.
• Complete daily progress notes and documentation in EMR.
• Provide crisis coverage and on-call support as assigned.
• Educate clients on medications, coping skills, and entitlements in both languages.
• Assist with transportation, housing, budgeting, and independent living skills.
