Job summary

Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish for client communication and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in counseling/related field or equivalent clinical experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse or credentialed psychiatric rehabilitation as alternatives are acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients in English and Spanish across home, community, and office visits.
- Develop individual recovery plans with client and support system.
- Maintain timely progress notes and MAR documentation.
- Provide crisis coverage and after-hours support as needed.
