You will be the first point of contact, schedule appointments, maintain files, and assist with billing and communications while pursuing growth opportunities within the insurance field.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Reliable transportation and clean background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls from clients.
• Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
• File paperwork, process mail and billing, and distribute brochures as needed.
• Update policyholders' contact information accurately.
• Print, fax, or send proof of insurance documents to clients.
• Perform data entry and create spreadsheets and presentations as required.
• Maintain organized files and records for efficient office workflow.
• Provide high-quality customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
• Assist with other office tasks and special projects as directed by management.
