Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication.
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license.
• Ability to obtain Life & Health license.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and present insurance solutions to prospective clients.
• Close sales and ensure smooth onboarding for new policyholders.
• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, offering support as needed.
• Engage in community networking to build a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to all clients.
• Identify and develop new financial service opportunities for existing and new clients.
