Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You’ll work with a BCBA, deliver sessions in-home or clinic-based, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide paid training, cover the RBT exam, and offer bonus pay for after-hours sessions as well as bilingual pay for English/Spanish candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred; training provided.
• Prior experience with children, ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
