Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD, in-home or clinic settings. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver compassionate care and build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Any experience with children is a great foundation.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
