Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and team to deliver care, with paid training if not yet certified.

The role covers in-home and clinic-based sessions within roughly 20 miles from your home. A strong emphasis on English and Spanish communication helps families stay connected to care and progress.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and data tracking.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
