Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work under a BCBA, delivering individualized sessions in home or clinic settings and maintaining data-driven progress notes.

We offer paid training if not certified, bilingual pay for English/Spanish speakers, and pathways for advancement. A consistent weekly schedule is required, with travel between client locations within the service radius.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate with families
• RBT certification preferred but not required; employer offers support to obtain it
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach or similar tools to track data and progress
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervising BCBA
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care support (e.g., toileting, feeding) as needed
