Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based, working with a BCBA.

We offer paid training and cover the cost of your RBT exam to help you launch your career, with bilingual pay for English/Spanish speakers, and weekly supervision.

Compensation ranges $30.00–$38.00 per hour, with premium after 5 PM and travel time between clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
