Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based settings. You’ll work with a BCBA and a team to build communication and daily living skills, with ongoing supervision and feedback.

We offer paid training, company-sponsored RBT credentialing, and premium pay for bilingual sessions, plus paid drive time between clients and weekly BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with children and ABA helpful.
• Must meet minimum age and transportation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team and track data.
