Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and a care team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment in home and clinic settings.

We offer company-sponsored training to earn the RBT credential, higher pay for in-home sessions, and ongoing supervision. Strong bilingual English/Spanish skills are essential for communicating with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles).
• Minimum age 18.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.).
• Experience working with children is a great foundation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
