Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in-home or clinic settings. You will work closely with a BCBA and care team to implement plans and track progress.

You will receive paid training and support to earn your RBT credential, with scheduling that supports a consistent weekly pattern. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates receive enhanced pay opportunities and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and data tracking.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
