Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based, under BCBA supervision. You’ll help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We cover RBT exam costs with paid training and offer premium pay for sessions after 5 PM, plus weekly BCBA supervision and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
• RBT certification preferred, but training provided.
• Experience working with children, ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
