Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD, collaborating with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Not certified yet? Training is provided, and we cover the cost of the RBT exam to help you start your career. Premium pay available after 5 PM and for bilingual candidates, with weekly BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Age at least 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience working with children, especially ASD, preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to kneel, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and move with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, feeding) as needed.
