Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to deliver compassionate services in home or clinic settings, building communication, social, and daily living skills.

Not certified yet? We’ll train you and cover the RBT exam cost. Premium pay after 5 PM sessions and paid drive time are offered, with weekly supervision and firm pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles)
• Experience with children is a foundation

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating)
