Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and a collaborative care team, delivering individualized sessions and tracking progress using data-driven approaches.

We offer paid RBT training, support for exam costs, and opportunities for advancement. Travel between client sites is required, with premium pay for after-hours sessions and bilingual pay incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience with children, ASD strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct assessments and track data.
• Participate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
