Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based settings. You’ll work with a BCBA and team to implement individualized plans and gather data, while earning premium pay and ongoing training opportunities.

Not yet certified? We’ll train you and cover the RBT exam cost, with added support and supervision to help you grow professionally within the organization.

Qualificações

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Reliable transportation with travel up to 30 miles.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or clinic.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (toileting, eating) as needed.
