Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in the United States seeks a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, partnering with a BCBA and care team to build communication, social, and daily living skills. If not certified, we’ll train you and cover the exam cost.

This role offers premium pay for English/Spanish bilinguals, paid training and exam fees, and strong growth opportunities. Travel within ~20 miles with supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to communicate with families.
• Reliable transportation and travel up to 20 miles.
• Experience with children is a strong foundation; ability to perform daily living tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and communicate progress to parents.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
