Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and a collaborative team to deliver personalized, data-driven services in home or clinic settings.

Not yet certified? Training is provided, with exam cost covered and pay increases after certification. Premium pay applies for after-hours sessions and travel between client locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish for client communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation with travel up to 30 miles.
• Physically able to perform duties, lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with children is a strong foundation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior plans and data collection.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team in meetings.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
