Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver compassionate care.

Not certified yet? We’ll train you and cover your RBT exam cost, with company-sponsored training and a pathway to increased pay after certification.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT credential through company-sponsored training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, feeding).
